WAMFLO® is a high-performance round dust collector designed for efficient dust filtration and dedusting in a wide range of industrial applications. Developed from WAMGROUP’s extensive experience in dust filtration technology, WAMFLO® combines a robust stainless-steel construction with highly efficient filter elements and an automatic compressed-air pulse-jet cleaning system.
The cylindrical filter housing is manufactured from stainless steel and features a bottom mounting flange. Depending on the application, WAMFLO® can be equipped with round bag, elliptical bag, cartridge or high-efficiency POLYPLEAT™ filter elements.
The integrated pulse-jet cleaning system automatically removes accumulated dust from the filter elements, ensuring stable filtration performance and allowing continuous operation. The cleaning system is integrated into the hinged top cover or connecting top flange and is managed by an electronic control system.
WAMFLO® can be supplied with an integrated suction fan or with a connection for a centralized dust extraction system. It can be installed directly on top of silos and other process equipment or supplied as a stand-alone dust collector mounted on a WAM dust-collecting hopper. Typical applications include silos, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, chain conveyors and other equipment requiring efficient local dust extraction.
The WAMFLO® range can be configured for venting, suction and vacuum applications, making it suitable for different pressure conditions and process requirements.
WAMFLO® is widely used in concrete batching plants, cement and drymix production, building materials, mining, minerals, food processing, animal feed, plastics, chemical processing and other bulk-material handling applications.
Special configurations are available for demanding applications, including ATEX versions, stainless-steel 316 construction, food-grade applications, differential-pressure monitoring and different filter media.
