WAMAIR® Spot polyTUBE™ is a compact dust collector designed for local dust extraction and filtration in mechanical conveying and industrial processing applications. The system combines a stainless-steel housing, integrated suction fan and innovative polyTUBE™ filter elements to provide efficient dust removal in a compact and energy-efficient design.
The patented polyTUBE™ filtration technology uses tubular filter elements made from a 100% polyester base with a NANO-FIBRE filtration layer. The open profiled design of the elements reduces residual dust accumulation and maintains stable filtration performance over time.
Unlike conventional pulse-jet dust collectors, WAMAIR® Spot polyTUBE™ does not require compressed air for filter cleaning. Its electrically activated mechanical cleaning system reduces energy consumption, operating costs and noise while simplifying installation and maintenance.
The compact design and approximately 500 mm high filter elements allow convenient installation and maintenance, including applications where available installation space is limited. Filter elements can be removed without special tools.
WAMAIR® Spot polyTUBE™ is particularly suitable for mechanical conveyors, processing equipment and other points where localized dust extraction is required. Typical applications include cement and building materials, minerals, mining and quarrying, glass processing, flour milling, animal feed and other bulk-material handling industries.
