Description
HOPPERTOP™ is a compact venting filter specially designed for the dedusting and ventilation of mechanically filled weigh hoppers, particularly in concrete batching plants. It is suitable for cement and other fine powdered materials where efficient dust separation and reliable hopper ventilation are required.
The compact cylindrical design provides an efficient filtration solution where installation space is limited. HOPPERTOP™ uses a single high-performance filter cartridge, allowing dust separated from the airflow to be automatically returned to the hopper after the integrated reverse air-jet cleaning system removes the accumulated dust from the filter element.
The filter is manufactured with a stainless-steel housing and features a hinged weather-protection cover, tool-free filter cartridge removal and easy access for inspection and maintenance. These features make HOPPERTOP™ particularly suitable for continuous use in demanding concrete production environments.
HOPPERTOP™ is designed for mechanically filled weigh hoppers and provides a compact alternative to larger dust filtration systems. It can be used for cement, fly ash and other powdery materials handled in concrete batching and similar industrial processes.
