WAMAIR® Stand-Alone is a high-performance polygonal dust collector designed for efficient industrial dust extraction and filtration. The stand-alone configuration combines the WAMAIR® filter unit with a dust collecting hopper and can be equipped with an integrated suction fan or connected to a centralised dust extraction system.
The compact polygonal design provides a favourable ratio between filter surface and overall dimensions, making WAMAIR® Stand-Alone suitable for installations where reliable dust filtration and efficient use of available space are required.
The filter housing is manufactured from stainless steel and can be configured with either POCKET-type or high-efficiency POLYPLEAT™ filter elements. Depending on the application, different filter media are available, including nanofibre, water- and oil-repellent and flame-retardant versions.
Automatic compressed-air pulse-jet cleaning ensures efficient removal of accumulated dust from the filter elements. The cleaning system can be managed by the FILCONTROL CONNECT electronic controller, including differential pressure monitoring and Modbus RS485 connectivity.
WAMAIR® Stand-Alone is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, including building materials, cement, drymix, minerals, mining, quarrying, glass processing, foundries and other bulk-material handling processes.
The system can be supplied with different hopper configurations, dust discharge valves, airflow regulation components and other accessories according to the specific application and installation requirements.
